IdealShape has a large % of your Recommended Daily Intake of vitamins and minerals, as well as a great natural hunger blocker without any reported negative side effects. We were also surprised at how affordable it was.

AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shakes were well balanced with about 30% of your RDI (Recommended Daily Intake) of vitamins and minerals per serving and a great taste.

The price was a bit high and their sugar content left something to be desired, but all in all it was a great shake. Good enough to certainly make it into top 3!

RightSize is a tasty way to find the size that's right for you. A fairly affordable shake with a good percent of your RDI and low calories to boot. They also contain the patented hunger blocker, 'Appemine'.

Appemine's proven results aren't exactly where we want them to be, but it is definitely a great idea for people that do not struggle with caffeine. With a large variety of flavors there's little need to increase the calories by adding in unnecessary ingredients!

Jillian Michaels' Ultimate Shake can be found at a variety of national chains so it's pretty convenient. However, being new to the market it just doesn't have the track record of some of the other shakes we've reviewed.

It's a little bit on the pricey end, but for anyone with a Soy or Gluten Allergy these definitely might be the shakes for you as they contain none of either. They also contain no artificial flavoring and taste great!

MonaVieis a very nutritious shake for weight loss.

The RVL has a large % of your Recommended Daily Intake of vitamins and minerals, and a good source of fiber for your hunter blocking. The taste wasn’t the greatest, but we all in all we liked these shakes.
